He has published a book and and regularly hosts 6 television programs on Revelation TV (R Mornings, Prayer Time Live, God Day, Bible Topics, and Behind the Headlines, and The Persecuted Church). Bryan Toll (Elder)
Bryan and Leslie have been married for nineteen years and have four children between them and two grandchildren. Bryan was born in Hammersmith and grew up in London and then Devon before moving to Oregon in his mid-twenties. Ten years later he received Jesus and his life was changed and soon after felt the call to ministry. He attended Gateway Seminary and pastored a church in Central Oregon for many years and then a church in the city centre of Portland for two and half years.
Leslie was born and raised just outside San Diego and became a Christ follower twenty years ago.
They have both recently retired and are excited about seeing where the Lord is leading in this new stage of life and how and where He wants to use them.

James Rhee (Elder/Missionary)
Due to the James’ missionary work in relation to particularly persecuted people and need for his security you will just have to see him and meet him and get to know him in person!
Colin Mayhew (Elder/Evangelist)
Thomas Jensby Nielson (Deacon)
Thomas grew up in Denmark and was christened in the Church of Denmark, though he never really had faith until his early 40s. It was then, through the faithful witness of a friend, and subsequent studying and testing of the Bible, particularly the prophecies, that Thomas came to repentance and faith. Not long after he was baptized as a believer and then soon after came into membership in the church plant that would become The Angel Church. Thomas serves as our lead deacon and church treasurer.
